1. Cancellation by Users
- Users can cancel their bookings at any time before the scheduled service time.
- To cancel a booking, please use the cancellation feature in the app or contact our customer support.
2. Cancellation Fees
- Within 24 hours of the service: If a booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of [Insert Fee or Percentage] will be charged.
- More than 24 hours before the service: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur no cancellation fee.
3. Rescheduling
- Users can reschedule their bookings without incurring a fee if done more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

6. Changes to the Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the app or via email. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
