1. User Cancellation
Users can cancel their booked services under the following conditions:
- 24 Hours Before Service: If a user cancels their service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, they will receive a full refund.
- Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.
2. User Refund Eligibility
Refunds for users will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Provided: If the booked service is not provided, the user is eligible for a full refund.
- Service Quality Issues: If a user is dissatisfied with the quality of the service, they should contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We may offer a partial refund based on the circumstances and severity of the issue.
- Service Provider Cancellation: If a service provider cancels the appointment, the user will receive a full refund.
3. Service Provider Cancellation
Service providers may cancel appointments under the following conditions:
- Prior Notification: Providers must notify Flicksy and the user at least 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund to the user.
- Emergency Cancellations: If a service provider has to cancel due to an emergency, they must notify us as soon as possible. In such cases, users will receive a full refund.
4. Requesting a Refund
For Users:
To request a refund, users should:

- Provide booking details and a brief explanation of the refund request.
